2. Eligibility Requirements

To open and use a bd34 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. bd34 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity operating on behalf of third parties.
• You must not have a self-exclusion order active on your account or have been previously banned from bd34.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on bd34. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances therein. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

Account Security Requirements

• bd34 may request identity verification documents (national ID, passport, or similar) at any time as part of our KYC process to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in temporary restrictions or account closure pending document review.

bd34 treats account security as a shared responsibility. While we implement industry-standard SSL encryption and secure servers, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own credentials on your personal devices.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bd34 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of trusted local and international payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless otherwise stated. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and are subject to change.

Deposit Policy

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours, subject to successful completion of identity verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• Pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed.
• bd34 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large withdrawals above ৳50,000 per transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus conditions that apply across all bd34 promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder. Sharing, transferring, or selling bonus credits is strictly forbidden.

7. Prohibited Activities

bd34 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activity, abuse of its platform, and any behaviour that compromises the integrity of games or harms other players. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, including registering on behalf of another person or allowing others to use your account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated bonus abuse with other players or third parties.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software glitches, or loopholes in games or payment systems for financial gain.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, financial fraud, or any other criminal activity.

bd34 actively monitors accounts for suspicious behaviour. Where any prohibited activity is detected, bd34 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the account, void all pending bets and bonus balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on bd34's platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphical assets, logos, trademarks, text, imagery, audio, video, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of bd34 or its licensed game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). In no event shall bd34 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. bd34's total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

bd34 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using bd34, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. bd34 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties and applies SSL encryption and industry-standard security practices to protect all stored information.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bd34 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bd34 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of bd34's platform after the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

12. Governing Law & Disputes
